My best list fro Frank Marino

If you are looking for the best of Frank here it is: "Strange Universe", "Child of the Novelty", "Mahogany Rush IV", "Mahogany Rush LIVE". He is, in my estimation, THE BEST bluesy rock and roll guitarist that is alive today. Get one or all of the albums in my list. If you are a guitar player you will LOVE them. He is even more amazing LIVE. His style just blows me away. I have seen him in concert and I was surprised at what he could do. When I saw him at the old Swing Auditorium in San Bernardino in the 1970s I remember when he played Strange Universe AND actually swung his guitar around him while he played. I thought that this MUST be a trick. How could anyone possibly do this? I was blown away! I am a guitar player AND I don't know how on earth I could pull-off this amazing trick. I love his style. You could get his albums, and you should, BUT you gotta see him LIVE. After that concert I never saw him do that trick again but his performances are still, and always, good. I had never in my life seen someone play that overdriven, bluesy, Hendrix style better than Frank. IF I could play just half as good as him I would consider it a major life accomplishment.
