We received this book some time ago from a friend that lives in Anchorage. We just got back from a trip to Alaska in which we had the opportunity to eat at this Fabulous Restaurant. Do yourself a favor and get this book and if you ever have the chance to go there in person, do not pass it up. This place and book are without a doubt AWESOME!!!

We were told about Double Musky by an Alaskan Airlines flight attendant. We took a drive from Anchorage down to Girdwood and the food lived up to the hype. In fact, it is a fond memory, the Pepper Steak was outstanding to a point where I called back up there from Southern California to get the recipe. I will be buying the Cookbook.
