Overview

Enter the world of Geronimo Stilton, where another funny adventure is always right around the corner. Each book is a fast-paced adventure with lively art and a unique format kids 7-10 will love.

G'day, mate! I was searching for ideas for my new book, and my friend Petunia Pretty Paws knew just where to find them -- in Australia. Holey cheese, it sounded like a fabumouse adventure! But between surfing with sharks, being chased by poisonous snakes, and getting lost in the outback, I was beginning to wonder if this trip down under was really a good idea. Kangaroos and koalas and crocs -- oh, my! Would I ever see New Mouse City again?

Editorial Reviews

As he plans his new book, newspaper editor/author Geronimo Stilton is hungry for fresh material. Accepting a tip from his friend Petunia Pretty Paws, our intrepid rodent decides to leave Mouse Island for the greener pastures of Australia. When he gets there, however, he finds more than he bargained for: poisonous snakes, carnivorous sharks, and pools full of menacing crocodiles!

Name: you'll most likely never know. Just call me Chartreuse. &star Age: 17ish &star Gender:..... &star Hight: 5'7'' &star Rank: bounty hunter. That's all. &star Weapons of Choice: sarcasim, poison, martial arts, and two daggers, a saxe (wickedly curved double edged knife with a plain, black bound hilt, balanced for throwing) and a dirk (longer and thinner, almost big enough to be called a sword but not quite. A plain, black bound hilt that matches the saxe, although the dirk is noticably newer... Good for anything from picking locks to killing people) &star Personality: somewhat frosty when you first meet her, but usually fun-loving, cheerful, and smiley. &star Apperance: red-gold hair that falls in waves to just past her shoulders, aquamarine eyes, a light tan, and freckles. &star Wears: differant stuff every day. Shocker. But usually, if not always, her utility belt, (which contains enough poison to kill a city block. Among other things...) and cute but practical boots which never seem to make any noise when she walks. &star Status: single and not looking, in other words, just give up now boys. &star Family: War torn, (sister) Jinx (ferret, pet, and friend) Alec (brother-in-law) and Alec's family. &star History: pft, like I'd tell you. &star Other: never, never get on her bad side... o.o

I really think the title does not fit the book. The book it self is good. It is not my favorite book. But, It is in my top 15 of this series. I would read this again. I think it is a good book from this series.
