    Two Recipes Are Outstanding

    I've only tried 2 recipes so far and they are outstanding! The Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Sour Cream and Dill, and the Rib Eye Steak with Red Wine Sauce. My husband loved them both, too. I made some copies of the 2 recipes and gave them out at work and the people who tried them said they loved them.I thought they were like something you would get in an expensive restaurant!

    Carbs are too high and recipes are not to my liking, some are downright awful

    Sorry to say this cookbook is not good, especially since I am sold on the Atkins Way of Life. There are much better low carb cookbooks out there.I recommend Eat Yourself Thin Like I Did and Low Carb Ideas: Good Food2

    Disappointing!

    I'm so very disappointed in this cookbook! I expected so much more from Dr. Atkins but did not find it here. The carbs were too high and well, let's just say that Dr. Atkins and I do not share the same culinary tastes. Don't bother with this one unless you are like me and just want to have all the low-carb cookbooks. I Love Dr. Atkins' diet plan but this cookbook will not be used by me again. I can recommend some really good cookbooks, however. My favorite is 'Lauri's Low-Carb Cookbook' by Lauri Ann Randolph followed by a close second with 'The Low-Carb Cookbook' by Fran McCullough. Now these two are really worth having: great variety, great taste and lots of other interesting information.

    Not worth it

    I anticipated this cookbook to be a help in my quest to stick with Dr. Atkin's low carb diet. I am disappointed with this book. There aren't very many recipes that attract my attention. After looking through Dr. Atkin's first cookbook I've come to the conclusion that it would be a better choice. I also think Fran McCullough's Low Carb cookbook would be a good choice as well for low carb dieters.
