I heard about trying this diet with fibromyalgia from a newsgroup and although you have to get used to not having the sweet stuff I always liked and potatoes and such... once you try it you can FEEL how good it is for you. I have more energy than before!!!! I highly recommend this diet book.
This plan is healthy, sensible and works beautifully. I have changed my eating without depriving myself. In fact, I eat more and am never hungry. It is not a diet, nor a cookbook and there are no weight charts.
