    Disappointed with the Service

    I ordered a PDF downloadable copy of the notes so that I could understand what I was reading. I ordered the book through the Barns & Noble website (which this takes you to when you order these notes). The site said that since I have requested a downloadable copy of the notes, I should have access within 60 minutes. A couple of days later and still nothing. When I wrote customer service on the 4th day, all I received in reply was a generic list of FAQ questions, none of which answered my questions.

    It has been over 6 days, and I just now received the notice that my order has been "shipped." Of course, when I clicked on the link, the website does not connect me to the notes that I have ordered.

    The notes might be great, but 6 days later, and I still have not received them. How long should it take to fill my electronic order? I did, after all, request and electronic copy, not a physical one.

    Truely an 'A'

    the best! i had to read the original book for a class project, but i just didnt understand it. i heard about these spark notes and how helpful they were. so i went to my local barnes and noble and picked up the spark notes version. i was thrilled, i had so many projects on the book and i aced them all!!!! =)
