This book is a must for anyone who wants to learn or be refreshed on healthy living practices. I thought that it would be too basic. I was wrong. I hung on each page as he poured his knowlege onto each pages. This man walked the talk and believes in the body's ability to heal itself with the right nutrition, not perscribed medications!
