Meet the Author

Dr. Stutman has done extensive research in the fields of exercise physiology, diet and nutrition. As a medical officer in the U.S. Air Force, Dr.Stutman established one of the first walking programs in the country for cardiac patients. Dr.Stutman is the author of 10 books and numerous medical articles on diet, nutrition and exercise. Following the publication of his book entitled, The Doctor's Walking Book, he became known as "Dr. Walk." Dr.Stutman's books have been featured in national and international magazines and newspapers over the past 25 years. He has appeared frequently on national radio and TV, including The Today Show and Good Morning America. Dr. Stutman is currently practicing family medicine as a Temple University Family Physician in Philadelphia.

    Dr.Walk's POWER DIETSTEP is an easy to use weight-loss and body-shaping program. Weight-loss and physical fitness are permanent and sustainable with little effort.

    I found Dr.Walk's POWER DIETSTEP an easy to use and completly reliable weight-loss and fitness plan. By combining a healthy low fat, high fiber diet with an aerobic walking program, I was able to lose weight quickly and easily. Also, the plan adds strength-training exercises, which builds muscles and strengthen bones. These strength-training exercises, combined with the aerobic walking plan helps to burn additional fat calories. This double burn of calories results in additional weight-loss and helps you develop complete cardiovascular fitness,
