    Reference For Artwork

I bought this book as a gift for my 19 year old daughter. She does artwork and wanted a book that gave detailed views/images of dragons and their muscular tones. After looking at this book, several hours, and on several different occasions she told me that she liked the book but that it was not accurate in classing the dragons and other types, as some other types this book classified as dragons, when in fact, they are not dragons but belong to a similar mythological species. I looked through the book and I must say that the drawings and artwork are quite good but I agree with my daughter that some of these creatures have been misclassified. But all in all it is a good book to use as reference to the quality artwork in it. My daughter is enjoying this book and using it as a reference in her own artwork.

    Great Drawing Book

This book is great for the aspiring artist (any age) who has already, or wants to, delve into drawing dragons. It has great step-by-step guides to drawing different types of dragons. This book is great for children as well, as about 80% of the book is illustrations and the author has included little stories and fictional history tidbits about the different types of dragons. Overall it's very helpful and visually captivating.
