The Magic of Krynn is gone

These books were so poor and longwinded I felt is neccessary to write my first reviews regarding any book. SIMPLY PUT TAS IS NO LONGER CHARMING AND THE GOD'S NO LONGER MAKE YOUR SPINE TINGLE WHEN YOU READ ABOUT THEM. The first two series were great. Summer flame was bearly tolerable and these were depressingly unneccessary. Fizban and Taz made the other books magic to me and both of these charaters and the books have lost there way. I read tons of reviews encouraging me not to read these books. I wish I had listened maybe you will

    needed more adventure

I am an old fan of the Chronicles and Legends series. It was several years before I picked these books up to see what has become of all of the original Hero's of the Lance. In most respects, I was disappointed with the outcome of many of them. But on the other hand, the new characters are interesting, albeit a little dark. I enjoyed the books overall, but thought that they lacked the adventure and excitement, as well as humor, that the original characters held back in the 80's. I guess time changes all things, as well as the authors. I highly recommend reading these, but if at all possible, READ the Chronicles and Legends first, as this will give you the history of the 'good ole days' on Krynn.

    Bad Book

This sucked. It was dumb, and when they killed Kyria is was dumb. 'K Grint your'e my next victiam.' That was the dumbest line. I like when Kyle talked with Morgoth the Dragon, it was a memorable scene

Not there best work but still a good set.

These books were not the best that I have read , but I did enjoy them they broght light to what had happend after chaos was removed from Krynn. When I read these I constantly felt like there was no hope for the heros but in the end.... You'll just have to read it.

    I Also Recommend:

    Pretty decent.

Is it just me, or did this become rather longwinded? The story is good, don't get me wrong, I just sometimes wanted to kick it into third gear already. I was not so impressed with some of the characters, I felt they lacked depth, but overall it was a pretty decent read.

    Great Book

This was a great book, that had a good mix of action with a couple twists. But I have to say I hate Silvanoshei and his obession with Mina, just seemed sort of stupid after a while.

    Another Weis/Hickman Triumph!

They have done it again. Continuing the tale of many characters we have grown to love and ushering in several new ones as well, this series ties off loose knots while branching into a vast new world.

    An outstanding tale following Chaos

This trilogy brings the final pieces together following the Chaos War. It brings closure to all the heroes of the lance, while creating new heroes. If you are a true Dragonlance fan then you will love this next installment of the saga. The suprise ending will be sure to get you!
