The Overview contains the phrases "The Appalachian Mountain Trail("AT")", "toughest terrain in America" and, finally, "I will attempt to pedal this infamous mountainous trail in only two weeks".  In the opening pages, the author reveals that mountain bikes are prohibited on the AT and he rides an alternate route, not the AT!  Bicycling the AT may be a difficult endeavor, but the author of this book would not know.  The Overview plainly misstates the gist of this book to the point of misrepresentation.  The author did not ride the AT in two weeks, or ride on the AT at all.  The book was a true waste of time.
