About the Author

Dr. Cait Stevenson earned her PhD in medieval history from the University of Notre Dame. She concentrates on breaking down the barriers and hierarchy among academic and popular history. She is also the author of How to Slay a Dragon: A Fantasy Hero's Guide to the Real Middle Ages.

Cinthya Alvarez likes to draw, although she also likes movies, aliens, vampires, literature, elves, elves, cats and dogs, talking to animals, crazy fashion, bad manners, castles, spaceships, going to the flea market and taking long walks. But when she’s not enjoying that, you’ll almost certainly catch her drawing.
