Harriet Ziefert is the author of many children's books. The mother of two and grandmother of five, she lives in South Orange, New Jersey. The author lives in South Orange, NJ.

Tonya Roitman holds an MFA from the Estonian Academy of Arts. Her artistic career started when she took a job with the St. Petersburg Russian Circus. Since then, she illustrated more than fifty books for children. Tanya currently resides in New Jersey
