She is a Signature Member of the Colored Pencil Society of America, a juried member of the International Guild of Realism, commissioned portrait artist, and occasional art inustructor. Colored pencil artwork requires few supplies. Many pencil brands are sold at reasonable prices  in art stores and online; however, my advice is to purchase artist-grade, professional pencils. Student-grade pencils will not produce lasting works of art because the colors tend to fade quickly.
