Just finished reading the book. It was definitely a page turner, and I have learned a lot. The sections that I liked the most were 'Questions to ask yourself' and 'How will I know if I've done well?'. I am definitely going to use mind-mapping software from now on, because I discovered that if you have a good map, you can do stuff better and faster. There is no longer 'I forgot to do this' or 'I forgot to do that'. If it's well built, you shouldn't have problems. The stories were fun to read, I enjoyed Alex's story a lot, the authors presented it like it's very easy to earn a PhD degree. :)
