Overview

Charly applies for a position as a Farm Insurance Inspector, a position traditionally held by the male gender, and knows she has not chosen an easy path. This is confirmed when she comes up against a very antagonistic director of the company at her final interview. She issues a challenge to him - to supervise her for three days, at no salary, and if her work is satisfactory, to then hire her.
Fate takes them into a situation they couldn’t have anticipated and changes their relationship completely, but circumstances and personal beliefs keep them apart. They compensate by recording and exchanging their dreams, thus becoming close without being together physically, until fate intervenes once more.

Meet the Author

I have been writing for about twenty-five years, while working firstly as a Registered Nurse and later as a Farm Insurance Underwriter. My first four novels were mainly for learning purposes and have long since been discarded – something I now regret. One of them was accepted for publication as an audio book, but the company went out of business before it could be processed. That gave me the encouragement I needed to keep on writing. I have since written two romance novellas.
Since retiring, or rather – re-wiring, I have taken up amateur photography and am combining it with writing limericks, to produce photo album books about care for the environment and respect for all life-forms. These are aimed at children.
I live in the beautiful Lanark Highlands of Eastern Ontario with my husband Don, and a very independent cat named Little Bud.
If you read my books, your comments and rating would be most helpful, and appreciated.

Fast start, slow middle, fast finish

Started out with interesting characters and situations. Bogged down in the metaphysical explanations and dream imterpretations. Love story predictable, but hard to believe the couple would have no contact for long periods of time for fear of tarnishing Charly's reputation!
