This book is amazing! The title drew us to the book but the illustrations sealed the deal. Being Denver residents, it was our honor to support these locals. It is informative for children as well as adults. (My husband and I learned a few things at story time tonight!) Our toddler is 2.5 and it has a great underlying moral of bedtime in general. It tells of the State's history and includes wonderful characters of animals found here. This would be a great gift for children of all ages! We usually have our son choose his story but I will be suggesting this often!
