An inspiring book and lots of great information

I heard about this author on a local radio station and was amazed at how simple he described the operation of the mind. The fact that this is a true story and he went through the torment many of us face everyday, makes it even more helpful. I am using his methods daily and reaping the rewards of a more positive outlook.
