My 8 year old son loves this book. He originally checked it out of his school library and read it on his own. I asked him to read it to me and normally, he would not want to. He gladly picked it up and read it to me. It is a sweet book with a touching message.

Drummer boy is a beautifully illustrated Christmas story. It is a tale of being lost and finding your way back home. The real story is in the journey and as in life being able to simply accept the moment and trust that it will all turn out as it should in the end. Happy Holidays and Happy Reading!
