    I Also Recommend:

    Rose is always Rose.

This is the dub version of the "Great Expectations" album. Having been a fan of Michael Rose's hypnotic and uplifting grooves and words ever since Black Uhuru's "Red" was released during my youth, I purchased this album on blind faith. My high expectations were fulfilled. To me, the atmosphere throughout this album is actually closer to the feel of "Red" than most of Rose's solo albums in recent years. The title track alone is worth the purchase price.
