Fitness Magazine...the best part of this book is the exercise section, because there is probably at least one exercise per body section that you have not thought of or used in this variation. Each exercise entry describes the muscle group(s), suggested repetitions, technique and training tips, which also include contraindications and when to choose an alternative exercise. Even if you know all of the exercises, the routines are good for client progressions.
