J. Wayne Fears is the author of four outdoor cookbooks and is a member of the International Dutch Oven Society. He has served as a judge at many cook-offs, including the National Cornbread Cook-off. An accomplished writer and skilled outdoorsman, Fears has authored more than 20 books on a variety of outdoor subjects and more than 3,500 magazine articles. He has been elected a member of the Explorer's Club for his work in the Arctic and currently edits "Rural Sportsman" for Progressive Farmer magazine.

    So/So. Not a book you will use alot

    Really not a user frendly book and a tad stuffy. I have better books on Dutch Oven cooking that work better for at home and at camp. this books lacks commen recipes that one would use daily for family events. 2 stars max on this book.
