I have quite a few workout DVD's, and have brought even more home from the library. This is one of the few that gets used regularly. It's easy to fit an ab workout into my day with this DVD, and the instructions are good but not tedious. The first time I did the "Flat Belly Fast" workout I thought it was easy and doubted it had done a thing- until the next day when I felt it. The Pilates section is pretty standard Pilates moves from any good Pilates DVD, and the "Belly Fat Blaster" is just a ten minute cardio routine which hardly does enough to get one into the fat burning zone unless they aren't used to moving at all. Even if you don't use those two of the workouts, the other three are really good. I find that I will do these workouts more than any other simply because of the mindset that it's "only" ten minutes.
