*If you enjoy hip-hop music you may like this DVD for promoting daily physical activity. **This DVD is good for all people that have the ability to move freely without physical activity restrictions. *Good workout. *Great for daily workout by using one 10-minute workout for five (5) different days of the week, this maybe too much for some people to try to do all five (5) 10-minute workout everyday. *Good for increasing your heart rate. *Good for a calorie-burner workout.

10 Minute Solutions Hip Hop Dance Mix is a great way to workout. It's really fun to do, and since it is only ten minutes, it's easy to fit into your day. The DVD comes with five different segments, each with a different workout. You can choose to do one at a time, create your own playlist (which can consist of any number of the five in any order you choose), or play all five segments at once. I really like that they are only ten minutes, because they are over before you get tired and you can go get a drink and then start another segment, so there's a little bit of rest time in-between, if you want it. Unlike other workout videos that keep going for an hour or half an hour with no break.
