This was my first pilates video, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Even though I was already in good shape, I got sore when I put all five segments together. I recommend this video for pilates beginners because the instructor does a great job explaining each move and gives ample time between each move.

The 10-minute workouts are the best idea thus far! A friend of mine recommended it to me and I&#8217 m glad she did. Although I've only had this DVD for three days, it is an excellent workout. The 10 minutes are over before you know it and if you engage the muscles and execute the moves properly you will most definitely feel it the next day. I absolutely love the fact that the workouts are divided into 10-minute increments which is perfect for a person like me who has a hectic schedule. I am looking forward to the results from this workout.

I think this is the greatest Pilates DVD to workout to. There are 4 very different workouts and some moves are tough! I love these 10min solutions - it's quick and to the point with great results! I do at least 30 min of aerobics and followed by this - I particularly like the waist slimmer segment. I hardly use my other pilates dvd ever since buying this - LOVE IT!

I love the 10 minute solution DVDs, especially the pilates, and I think this is an especially challenging one. A beginner can do it if they have the energy and motivation. The instructor is great at explaining the moves. The "waist slimmer" was one of the best abdominal workouts I have ever tried. I exercise daily, and doing all 5 segments made my whole body burn. Great workout!
