    The nice thing about this DVD is that it has different levels of intensities ranging from begginers to intense workouts. SOme workouts are too fast to follow, so make sure you watch first then perform along with. And start for a week at least with the beginer's level and follow after with the intense once, otherwise your body will suffer.
