There are five very different yoga practices on this DVD. I love the first one. It is among my all time favorites. Some of the others are okay but the first one is my very favorite and I recommend it highly.
I have been doing yoga on and off for many years. I like to do it at least once or twice a week. Lately I have been doing it more often and this DVD is handy for those short yoga practices.
