This is one of my favorite films of all time. I stumbled across

This is one of my favorite films of all time. I stumbled across it years ago in the middle of the night, and have since shown it numerous
times to my middle school literature classes . This wonderful adaptation of "Silas Marner" will leave you feeling great, and wanting to
live in the quaint little town and charming house that Steve Martin's character calls home.
    You won't be disappointed,
    Gil D.

    Heart Warming Story

Forget what the "critics" say. This is one of my favorite films. One of the best adaptations of classic literature. You won't be disappointed. Good for the whole family.

    BRILLIANT

Steve Martin brings a literary classic to life in this movie. Since many people enjoy the 'modern' books of today it is hard to convince them that the books of 'yesterday' are just as good. This is one of the best adaptations I've ever seen.
