Hard Hat Harry is a creepy man

I only rated this a 2 because it holds my two year old's attention quite well. The acting is absolutely horrible in this movie. It features &quot Hard Hat Harry&quot , a genie, &quot third class&quot , and two young children. The little boy and his friend go to a truck stop to meet the boy's father but mistake a man under the truck to be his father. When the man comes out from underneath the truck the poor little girl goes on and on to the man thinking it's the boy's father and he does not correct the situation, I really feel badly for her. The man claims to be a genie and proves it by asking if the chicken or the egg came first and with awful video editing that probably consisted of about one frame per hand, flips a chicken and an egg between his hands. The children immediately realize that the man is not lying and go off on what is supposed to be an adventure with the creepy man. They talk about all different types of trucks, including beverage trucks where he recommends a drink of pop to the children and does that magical hand-switching trick again with his head suddenly moving around and his facial expression changing. The theme song for this movie is quite annoying and frequently gets stuck in my head, if you go on youtube and search for Hard Hat Harry you can hear it while a little boy dances to it. The Monster Truck section does not get watched very frequently in my house, he cares far more about the &quot big truck movie&quot , but it features a &quot computer game&quot with real video play in the early 90's! It's less annoying though, I suppose.
