I completely concur with the review that's already posted for this video! I've been using the AM stretch workout particularly for 2-3 years now and it includes great stretching, as well as core strength, exercises. Prior to using this video, I would occasionally pull my back and since doing these stretches, I've not had any trouble with my back at all. Again, great workout, beautiful scenery and relaxing music. I'm buying copies for 2 of my closest friends!

I have had this DVD for only a week, and my body already feels more healthy! I originally bought the DVD because I suffer from insomnia and I thought that a PM stretching routine might help me fall asleep. It has helped a lot! I have been doing the 'PM Stretch' just before going to bed. It makes me feel very relaxed both physically and mentally, and I have been able to fall asleep easily afterwards. The music is very soothing and the background setting is gorgeous! As an added bonus, I've also discovered that the 'AM Stretch' is a wonderful way to wake up in the morning. I do it first thing as soon as I get out of bed and it really helps me wake up and seize the day. The AM music and mountain setting are invigorating. The instructions for both AM & PM stretches are given in a clear, easy to understand way, and the stretches are easy for even a beginner such as myself to do. Throughout the programs you are also gently reminded to check your posture, breathing, and muscle tension, which I find helpful. The programs are only about 30 minutes each, so it's easy to make the time in your day to do them. The time passes quickly, but the routine never seems too rushed. I highly recommed this video to anyone who is looking for a good stretching program!

I use the AM stretch routine first thing every morning. It's very thorough, works the whole body, stretches are held for 20-30 seconds each...I feel great after I do it. I'm less likely to devote the time to the PM part of it owing to laziness but it is also a great routine at the end of a work day. I've had some joint problems owing to a few broken bones in the last couple of years and these exercises have really helped to alleviate the pain.

I would definitely recommend this DVD for beginners as well as those looking to get a stretch/flexibility workout without a straight yoga routine. The workouts do incorporate yoga poses but the focus is on "athletic" type stretching. With two 30 minute workouts and a short bonus workout I think this is a great deal. I've had this DVD for 8 years and still enjoy it.

While this is a good stretching workout, I think there are a couple of improvements that could have been made. First--since not everyone is that flexible (which may be why they are buying this video), I think that there could have been modified stretches shown or ways one could do the stretches that would have eventually led to the range of motion Ms. Lewis has. For example, in the leg stretches--could it be done with the help of a strap? How would one do this correctly? The second improvement would be to also give a shorter version. Not everyone is going to wake up more than a half hour earlier to do these exercises every day. It might be better to do 15 minutes daily than 30 minutes only on days off.
