The workout release AM/PM Yoga for Beginners caters to novice yoga participants by providing ten routines best suited for beginning and ending the day, that will relieve stress and tension, increase flexibility and promote inner tranquility. The program runs approximately 240 minutes, and the incorporated routines last just over 20 minutes each.

The scenery is beautiful and pace very good however these sessions don't represent anything near real yoga classes. Each segment is just a series of re-mixed poses from other segments. One moment you will be sitting down, the next moment you will be standing, sitting down again, laying down, standing up again. There is no flow whatsoever. Rather than being relaxing, I found it more irritating. Everything else seemed to be well thought out, it seems to me the producers tried to cut corners.
From a "newbie" point of view I thought this was an exceptional DVD for a beginner to Yoga. The flow is "choppy" at times but only in one or two routines twhich I made small adjustments to compensate for. I think I liked it so much for the stretching routines which feel so wonderful ~
