AM Great, But PM too hard for beginners

I am a beginner in yoga, and very inflexible. The AM portion of this DVD is great...I wish poses were held a little longer though. The PM portion is WAY too hard for a beginner. I can't do half of the positions. Very frustrating for a 'beginning' DVD. The props section is good. Hopefully I can work my way into the PM portion, but it's going to take a looonng time...No instructions are given on how to adapt poses for inflexible people.

    namaste!

if you are thinking about starting yoga, this is a good place to begin. the instructions are clear and not difficult to follow if you've never tried before. it's great for incorporating a little yoga into your lifestyle if you don't have time to go to classes regularly. i started with this video 18 mths ago and have been practicing yoga ever since! yoga does so much for your body and mind. i highly recommend it. namaste!
