I bought this due to Excercise TV on Demand in our area with a morning workout that referred generally to this video. Once I got the video, although it is great for specific focus areas, it was not at all like the on demand video that drew me to the video itself. So somewhat disappointing as I wanted a blended session. The hip session is great for stretching after long runs.

Rodney Yee has a mellow voice and style that nevertheless articulately guides you through (at first) complicated sequences of moves. I appreciate each sequence for the "flow" as it moves almost seamlessly from one position to another. The five 20-minute programs focus on particular areas of the body providing variety and their 20-minute length provides a finite and do-able workout that keeps you practicing, where longer programs might encourage you to skip a day. Full marks.

Perfect for anyone who's too busy to attend yoga classes. The exercises are easy to follow-I really like the way the postures are divided into five separate sessions. I've been using this dvd for three weeks and I'm getting much better with holding the postures. I highly recommend this dvd.

Although not a full workout, these 20 minute routines are just the right length for someone who is pressed for time and wants to squeeze in some exercise before going to work.

This is a great start to your morning. There are five different morning yoga sessions to choose from. Each session is about 20 minutes long which is just about right. The poses are basic, but good for improving flexibility. I would say that this is for the beginner.

This DVD is a fantastic bang for the buck. Each of the five asana sessions focuses on a particular intention, i.e., forward bends, hip openers, backbends. I'm getting back into a regular home practice and these hit the spot, Monday-Friday.

The practices are not particularly challenging but I do not believe this DVD is appropriate for someone who's never taken a series of yoga classes.

These yoga routines are a wonderful way to start your day, 5 days a week. There are different routines to keep the variety interesting. The scenery and music are soothing and Rodney Yee's instruction is easy to follow, inspirational, and calming. These routines can be followed by beginners, intermediate, and advanced practicers. You will not have to "force" yourself to do these each morning; you will llok forward to them so you can feel decreased stress, increased focus, and renewed energy throughout your day. Namaste.

Being a Mom with a full time corporate career, it's hard to squeeze in exercise of any type, but these 20 minute yoga segments make it possible. Rodney Yee gives such great guidance that even a beginner can do this, but as a person with yoga experience it still provided a nice challenge for me. It's the perfect slice of serenity and can be fit into any time of day.
