    Kevin Smith

This was just like having Kevin Smith over to my house to talk to me. The format of switching from different colleges kept everything fresh. I loved the Q and A between Kevin and the students. You can just tell he's a great guy. This DVD will be watched again!

    Good look at

Kevin Smith has been in my view at the forefront of certain mediums including comics and movies. As a collector of both comics and dvd's I have come to enjoy his work in both fields. This is definitely a detour from normal Smith projects like Clerks or Dogma but it is definitely a good look at the medium that is hollywood and making a movie perhaps. Listening to his stories is a pleasure-note Prince, and Planet of the Apes definitely good peices to watch more than once.
Follow this up with Part 2 and you have a good weekend of entertainment provided you can sit for that long. The length of the dvd's is an added bonus which only a diehard can watch in one sitting. Space it out and I think it's more pleasant.

So funny you'll laugh til you cry

Kevin Smith certainly knows how to tell a story! From giant spiders to antics in NJ, Smith spins hilarious tale after hilarious tale for almost 4 hours. You'll get to the end and wonder where the time went. It's so funny you'll watch it again and again.
