Lost Cities Back to the Limelight

This DVD set is made up of documentaries of variable quality. The documentaries "The Forbidden City: Dynasty and Destiny," "Lost City of Pirates," "Pompeii: Buried Alive," and "The Sunken City" are worth watching. Unfortunately, the quality of the image is at times sub-optimal. These documentaries were made between 1994 and 1997. The documentary "The Odyssey of Troy" has music that at times makes it difficult to listen to the narrative. In summary, the DVD set will probably appeal the most to those history buffs who want to further develop their own comprehensive collection of historical documentaries.
