To overcome this obstacle, he must prove his bravery on the arena he knows best, the ever-changing, eternal sea. Growing Up Higuchi Ichiyo (1872-1896) overcame poverty and ill health to publish some of the most acclaimed works of her generation before her tragic death from tuberculosis at the age of twenty-four. Two friends are torn apart when one joins a gang, betraying the bond of trust between them. As they develop into individuals, will the capacity for forgiveness grow with them?
