    too slow

I feel that this DVD is too slow. I found it boring and overly instructional. There are better selectionas out there.

    Great video

This video helped me to slow down as I go through the flows common to most yoga exercise videos. The instructor reminds me of every breath along the way. The poses are simple and repetitive, allowing for entry into the meditative zone that I seek in yoga, but rarely reach because of the variety of poses presented in most programs. Also, I think I'll be able to learn the flows so well that I will be able to develop my own unguided practice.
