This workout may be dated, but it doesn't disappoint. It has all the elements you need for a good workout, cardio, toning and stretching.I also like it because with it being low impact aerobics, it's easy on the body,especially if you have problems with your joints. Even if you're a beginner, you'll find it easy to follow. If you're having a problem keeping up with the aerobics, she tells you to go back to marching. I think this is a good workout for beginner through advanced levels. You definitely work up a sweat by the time you're done.

This is a workout that you will always return to. Ada needs to transfer her VHS workouts to DVD and make some overweight girls very happy!!! Thanks Ada!!

I got the workout on DVD now that my VHS tape of the same workout broke twice. I have had this since it came out probably 15 years ago and would not want to go without it. I can do the warm up and the strength or the warm up, aerobics and cool down or th whole thing depending upon time and if I am doing walking/running. I don't need anything but some hand weights and I don't have to jump around which I cannot do in my house because of the floors. She does simple, easy to learn routines and they work!
