I really enjoyed Sera's instructions and they were so easy to follow. Being a belly dancer whom is more on the egyptian/ghawazee level of dance amercian tribal is similar but much more isolated moves which I totally enjoyed!

I'm new to the bellydance world and I'm still getting a feel for what I enjoy the best. I do love the Egyptian bellydance but I really like tribal, too. I was really interested in learning isolation and this DVD breaks it down. The warmup alone is excellent. When I don't have time to do the whole DVD, I just do the 20 minute warmup. EVERYTHING is broken down and easy to follow.
