She is fairly basic in her explinations, and the pace is nice. I have watched other bellydancing videos and felt that this is very much for beginners. She has two different levels of skill accompanying her and it is also helpful to watch them. Definatley worth it if you want to learn to bellydance while getting a work out.

This dvd is fabulous for people who think they might like to "try" belly dance but have no idea what it takes. The instructions are clear, and the moves are fun. You also get to learn a choreography as you go! After teaching for 10 years and belly dancing for 20, this is great!
