    So funny it's scary....

I was surprised by how entertained I was by this film. The people making it decided to make the film non-serious, unlike other sequel makers, who only get campier & campier as the sequels come out. The special effects are pretty good for the budget, as is the acting. Some of the minor characters are a little over the top, but then the movie focuses on Dr. West, his new protege, and the warden. It's worth checking out, especially for the music video bonus. I've *never* seen such a funny video before. I thouroughly recommend it, especially for fans of B-Rate horror flicks.
