If you're active, these routeins are not for you. I was hoping for a somewhat intense hip/thigh/butt workout and these left a lot to be desired. I completed both the yoga and pilates routeins (one after the other) and barely felt any burn and didn't come close to breaking any kind of sweat. If you are a beginner, you may find these tapes helpful. However, if you're fit and looking to target a trouble area - I would recommend looking elsewhere.Was this review helpful?
