    Great low budget film

Considering the budget (or lack of) this film is pretty faithful to the source. Cap's costume looks great (despite being made of latex). Nicely acted by Matt Salinger and a fun supporting cast, with just a hint of camp. The digital restoration is beautiful. Well worth a watch.
