Way too slow and easy. Did not even feel like I was working out. I expected a decent workout by the title 'cardio burn'. I liked the step by step instructions in order to get your kickboxing basics down, but I kept waiting for it to start the actual workout. I did not even break a sweat.

I bought this to learn some basic kickbox moves. Patricia is super cool and a great teacher in this medium. What surprised me is my teenage kids really took to it also, they too are thrilled with learning some kickboxing moves. The video is fun, and you get a good core workout without boring, repetitive exercises. I'd recommend this to anyone interested in basic kickboxing and a fun core workout.

It wasn't as hard as I thought, as far as getting your heart rate up, but the next day I hurt in places I didn't know HAD muscles. It also was a good pace that made the time go by quickly.

Our work out group used this DVD for a number of months and got results.The instructions were easy to follow and once the moves were learned it provided an intense work out.
