    FABULOUS WITH A BONUS!

    I SWEAR by "Carmen Electra's: Fit To Strip" DVD. It's great! I'm ALREADY fitting into clothes I couldnt wear before! & I'm not just talking stomach, im also talking legs! I'm workin out 5 days a week (doing the entire exercise, although they can be broken into short segments)& just started Monday! ITS SATURDAY PEOPLE! i feel that the Carmen Electra DVD is fabulous as it requires no weights, no machines, only a fitness mat. & i think its actually a harder workout w/o the weights because you're using your own resistance, your own force & its sooo powerful. i feel the burn & more... i feel GREAT! Added Bonus: no overly happy people for no friggin reason! P.S. NO STRIPPING IN THIS VIDEO, WHAT-SO-EVER! i gave it 4stars because, everything has room for improvement!

    This is awesome

    Ive done this workout twice this week and it rocks . I am no stranger to working out and this dvd made me sweat and made me sore . Its not boring either . Carmen and micheal keep you into it the whole time . You'll never say when is this gonna be over because its a really quick and effective workout .

    This will make you sweat!

    I had purchased this dvd based on the reviews it had been given on this site. I tried the 30 minute full body workout last night and it was intense! You will sweat a lot and get a thorough workout at the same time! The fitness instructor was great, but not overly enthusiastic to the point that it annoyed me. This is for people who are serious about getting in shape and may not have a lot of time to do it in. Awesome awesome awesome!!!

    Excellent Work-out!

    After reading several reviews for Ms. Electra's Aerobic Striptease series, I decided to pick up this disc first. I wanted something that was easy to follow and gave me a good, hard, aerobic work-out. I am completely satisfied with it. I've done the entire work-out several times and I swear I'm already feeling/seeing results. I like the fact that you can choose to do the entire work-out all at once, or split it up into shorter target work-outs if you're short on time. I can see myself sticking with this one, which has been a problem for me in the past. I will definitely be getting a couple of the other videos in the series. Thank you Carmen Electra!!

    Great workout

    I've done a lot of workout videos, and this is one of my favorites. It's broken into several different segments, so you don't get bored, and you can squeeze in whatever you have time for. I would definitely recommend it.

    Great workout

    This is a really good workout - you'll be sore the next day. And it's a good prep for the other DVDs in the series. For some reason, it's much funner to work out with Carmen Electra than the older videotape workout people like Jane Fonda, etc.

    Best machineless workout ever!

    This is a very fun workout, and the only workout from a video that has worked my entire body without a machine! I was in search for a workout routine that worked my thigh area, and this one (as well as the others in the series) does wonders! I highly recommend this for anybody who needs to tone up their "problem areas". It's an intense workout, but easy and fun at the same time.

    GREAT WORKOUT!

    This DVD does not teach you any strip teases, it helps to get your body in shape to do the other routines in the series. It helps with balance and muscle control and is a really great work out. And it's fun.

    AWESOME WORKOUT!

    I purchased her Aerobic Striptease 1 and 2...#2 is a great workout to get you into the great physical shape you need to be in, to do the 'strip tease' I did it twice and I was feeling it the next day all over..my muscles are sore! GREAT WORKOUT!~

    There's No Stripping!

    Although I thought it was a good workout, I was hoping it would be more fun...there were no 'dance' routines to try out. I guess I should have tried the first one instead.

    I loved it!

    I think this is a great workout video and fun with Carmen. It was about 45 Minutes, but who wants to spend more time than that working out? The first video only has two real strip dance moves, and is fun but not a real workout.

    Wish it was a little longer

    This video was ok. If you currently work out, this video may seem a little slow for you. It was only 56 minutes long, but I think the whole workout was probably 45 minutes because Carmen talks about her other videos. I really like Carmen Electra, this is why I bought the video. I just wish it was a little more advanced for me. I think this video is good for beginners. I have not tried any of the other videos yet. Good luck!
