Pretty good, I guess

This movie was better than I expected. It is a lot better then Looney Tunes: Back in Action. Get it and you won't regret. 7/10 B-

    Catch Them If You Can!

A fun movie with a hot soundtrack. Kristen (Panic Room) Stewart's father lies paralyzed for life, and only a $250,000-dollar operation can restore him. When the Scrooge of a bank president won't budge, it's up to the kids -- but not just any kids. What happens when a champion climber, a computer whiz, and a grease monkey team up to crack the fortress-bank and accomplish the impossible? A little Mata Hari stealth, souped-up go-carts, camera sleight-of-hand, a looonnnng climb in a steel cavern, and the high-speed police chase of your life. All while trying to dodge man-eating security dogs, and Kristen's two friends vying for her affections.

Miss Stewart lights up the screen, and it's fun to watch her mutually jealous friends play off each other, as well as all three confounding the adults who pretty much disregard them because they are, after all, 'kids.' The poor threesome have to scramble and improvise their way around problem after setback until I was just hoping they would get out of there in one piece, never mind with the loot.

DVD extras include some surprisingly good deleted scenes, particularly one in which the girl confronts her always-absent businesswoman-mother.

Some memorable lines:

'There are sports that don't involve falling 100 feet to your death.'

'Here's to the only success that matters -- financial!'

'Since no one is here to claim them¿no one can hear them scream.'

'Are all boys this stupid?'

'What have you done?'

'That's when they're the most dangerous¿when you can't see them.'

'Maddy, pick me! Austin's a geek!'

'Are you talkin' to me?'
