This series is a great story with respectable imagery of a time that was relegated to a couple of paragraphs in most history textbooks, and, sadly, even a single sentence in some. This series a is a great beginning for discovering the Europeans before the Roman occupation ---- the history, rites, rituals and sophisticated social organization that preceded Julius Caesar's encroachment and Hadrian's entrenchment of Celtic Europe. Hooray for this series set in mist and wonder!
