Barnes & Noble
Catch up with director Ron Fricke’s groundbreaking 1987 film -- originally shown in IMAX format -- presenting nothing less than the history of civilization from the cave-dwelling era to our present day. The DVD edition is chock-full of fascinating extras.

2 Disc Blu-ray set is not as advertised; don't buy.

This item is advertised as a 2 disc set; it is not. What I received was one blu-ray disc of Chronos and one DVD of "How to Optimize Your TV and/or DVD player." I was very disappointed. I immediately sent back this "2 disc set". Don't waste your time or money.

One of the most influential films of all time

Ron Fricke and Michael Stearns teamed-up to produce the biggest legend in IMAX history....this DVD is a must-see. I own a copy of the original Miramar release, and it is nothing short of spectacular.....the re-issue has been a long time coming, so you don't want to miss it.
