This is the BEST workout DVD I've ever used. An old roommate of mine had the tape, and she told me that it would kick my butt...I decided to give it a try, and the next day, my muscles were SO sore that I couldn't even walk! This workout will literally work muscles that you don't know you have, and it will give you strength and flexibility when done over time. The best thing about it is that you notice results almost immediately. You can spend hours on a treadmill and not feel your workout the next day...with this, there's no way you won't feel it, even if you're in good shape! Within a few weeks, you'll notice that your muscles are firmer and stronger. My only bit of advice/caution would be that if you aren't used to working out, or if it's been a while since you've been in good shape, DON'T, DO NOT, do the full set of reps for each exercise! I would say start out with doing 5 instead of ten, or eight if you're feeling brave. I am in the process of getting back into working out right now. I pulled this out to start doing it again, knowing full well that it would hurt so bad the next day...I decided to be stupid and do the full set of reps each time...and yeah, I couldn't walk properly for a few days, and my husband had to massage my legs for me, two nights in a row! If I had it to do over again, I'd do half the reps. Or even start out with the 10 minute workout just to get yourself warmed up. I would also advise stretching a few hours after doing it the first time, in addition to the stretching that she takes you through at the end. Bottom line: If you're looking for something to get you toned and strong, this workout will do it. It is my go-to workout when I know I'm in need of shaping up! I love it! :)

The best part of this workout is the fact that Cindy tells you to stop and catch your breath. It nice to hear that you don't have to do as many reps as she does and not feel guilty. The 10 minute workout is powerful, yet easy enough to squeeze into your day. Also, the workout is not so tough that you have to hose the sweat off when you are done.

I always watch my workout tapes before I do them and when I saw what this tape entailed I understood why Cindy Crawford is such in good shape. The exercises target EVERY muscle. I am a big FIRM fan and usually do nothing but the FIRM. However, this tape actually stands out as fare as quality goes. It is without a doubt the best video out there.

I've loved this since I was 14 years old (1992), and now I'm 25 and just got back into it. I remember how great I felt doing it before and now I have the same feelings. THE BEST workout video I've found. This and Taebo do the trick! I've got muscles all over and I've lost weight too. I'm VERY impressed... STILL!

I have owned the tape since high school and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Last summer I used it almost daily, and I went from a size 10 to a size 4 over the course of a few months and was in the best shape of my life. Now that my tape is broken, I'm ordering the DVD. I can't wait. It's the most efficient workout I've tried. 2 different routines to be done on alternate days. I'm starting it up again now in preparation for summer.

I've had this video for as long as i can remember and it is truly a great work out! it got rid of any excess flab on the body. I used it once when i was an active soccer player and i had a great body! now I plan to use it again to tone up my arm muscles and i know that i can expect results in a few weeks. i love this work out video

This is a great work out it has 2 different work out for different days and you could see results within weeks. I would tell anyone to get this DVD. The senond day you will feel that is actually working.

I bought this tape when it was first released and I also purchased the next challenge. They were both recommended to me by my cousin. This is by far one of my favorite workout videos because it includes 2 dynamic full body routines that are fun to do. The music may be dated but at least its not cheesy, which is the unfortunate case in most workout tapes. I also enjoy the fact that there is a change of scenery every now and then. Some of Cindy's sensual facial expressions are comedic. The fellas will enjoy this though, hmmm I wonder why. This can become annoying if your brother wears out your tape or if you have a flock of guys in the room drooling rather than sweating. Just force em to join in or kick their butts out. If you haven't exercised in a while watchout you are in for a few days of pain, especially the in your quads. Overall, I highly recommend this product!!! Buy it now you won't regret it. :)

i am 33 and have been using this workout video since i was 16! i love it b/c it works all areas in one video. i get 'Fitness' and 'Shape' and every exercise in this video has been voted best for that problem spot. definitely gives desired results!

I have tried many workout videos, as a single mom it is more than difficult for me to stick to a gym routine. This video has 3 workouts; two 45 minute versions and one 10 minute version that you can do anywhere! It is great and it WORKS! You can use cans of vegetables if you dont have weights and still get results.

OMG! This is the best workout video I have ever tried. I own about 10 others and they don't even match up to this one! It is great. I love the fact that you can see Cindy Crawford breath and how she not only tells you to take breaks if you need it, but she takes breaks, too! It's truly great. And the time flies by! The first time I tried it, I looked up at the clock only once and I had only a few minutes to go! I couldn't believe it. I have only done it for a few weeks, but I have seen results. I have an indentation in the side of my abs, my shoulders are strong and sexy, and my upper legs look more firm and smaller. The biggest problem with this dvd-I didn't get it sooner!

I've owned the video since 1993 when I was 17 years old looking to loose some baby fat. I have always used this video when I wanted to rid myself of some unwanted 10-15 lbs. But six months ago my video snapped and I purchased the DVD and I fell in love with the tough a** kicking workout all over again. Cindy encourage you through out the video with real sweat and no fake smiles.

Like others I discovered this workout in high school with my girlfriends. Now 25 I am so happy to find it on DVD (no longer have a VHS player). This workout is so much fun. The music is amazing and Cindy is NOT fake at all. The workout feels super easy the first time you do it but the next day you realize Cindy kicks butt with shaping your body. Not only does this video tone and shape your body, but it also increases your flexibility. I would recommend this video to anyone who hates all other cheesy, fake workout tapes.

I just tried this dvd. I was a little skeptical about the fact that it was a from 1992. But it wasn't a bad video. I liked the fact that Crawford wasn't a normal peppy cheerleader who was leading a workout class and trying to instruct you. Instead she was just doing the workout that the trainer Radu (who is also a bit on the set)has set up. Its nice to see that she is working out just like you and that she is not a fitness guru. The only problem i had with the workout is that the workout sets went by extremely fast so you didn't get a chance to really slow down and feel the burn, so to say. Also there is not a whole lot of instruction on proper form. So if you are not familiar on form, this might not be the best dvd. Cindy keeps putting her knee over her foot despite the fact that is one thing she does mention. And last thing you may want to add some ankle weights to the leg routine b/c after awhile you need some resistance. But if you are trying to get back in shape and can keep up with the relative quick pace this dvd gives you a good workout and can get your heartrate up.

This is one of the most streamlined and effective workouts I have ever come across. Everytime I pick up a magazine and look at the 'moves you HAVE to do' nearly all of them are in this workout. I wanted so badly to hate Cindy Crawford's guts, but after seeing how hard she works to maintain such a healthy body I have nothing but admiration and respect. It's a tough workout, but I love it and I highly recommend it. Great music, great instruction and all the inspiration you need to go on is right on the screen.
