CommandoDirector: Mark L. Lester, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Rae Dawn Chong, Dan Hedaya
Colonel Matrix (Arnold Schwarzenegger) is retired and living peaceably with his 10-year-old daughter (Alyssa Milano) when she is kidnapped by the henchmen of an exiled Latin American dictator. The dictator's plan is to reinstate himself in power by eliminating the president of his country, using Matrix to kill him (or he will kill the kidnapped daughter). Matrix escapes from the plane that is supposed to be carrying him to his mission and then proceeds to go from one violent confrontation to the next as he hunts down the dictator and moves to rescue his daughter. Helping him is Cindy (Rae Dawn Chong), who has her own reasons for wanting the dictator dead.

This movie was awesome. A little silly and over the top but that's what makes the movie awesome and a classic.
This was the first Swarzenegger film I saw. It's Arnold at his best. A one man army. An Invincible warrior. This is pure, undiluted, uncorrupted action.
80s Classic !!! If you love action flicks, I highly recommend. Arnie in his prime.
This movie truly displayes the strength of Arnold Schwarzzeneger. Most of the stunts he did himself. Plot is thin but action is thick.
Theres only one good actor in this movie: Arnold. He's one of the greatest actors on the country which makes this one of the best action movies of all time!!!
Okay so if you watch this movie expecting cheese, and LOTS of it, you will love this movie. Matrix is the ultimate hero, he can smell his enemies coming from a distance! He's a complete maniac! An entire island of bad guys obliterated by one man...freakin' cool. Buy it, give it as a gift, watch it over and over again, you will LOVE this awesomely bad*** movie!
Arnold rocks, this movie is old but still delivers in every way possible. There are some classic scenes and lines, for example, 'slitting the little girls throat is like cutting warm butter'. One of Arnold's top six at least. Buy it Today, I promise you won't be disappointed.
Like having your face ripped off by a plate full of awesome!
Best action movie!
This movie is really cool. Colonel Matrix (Schwartznegger) is retired and living quietly with his 10 year old daughter. However she gets kidnapped by a group of men who serve a man who lost his power as the Latin American dictator. His goal is to make Matrix kill the president of his country to put him back up to power. All the fighting scenes were classics. He also had a couple good lines. A movie everyone should own.
